Works well alone and as part of a team.Key responsibilities • Ensuring all month-end processes are completed in line with group reporting deadlines;• Collecting taxes /VAT, penalties, corporation tax etc./;• Forcing precautionary measures to firms;• Specification of debts and analyses the taxes;• Making suggestions for improving the tax collecting process;• Implementation of new program database and improving the data;• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations ensuring open items are cleared;• Working with clients to understand and explain variances to tax collection; • Clarification of legal requirements and rights to clients;• Organization the whole process of public sales of the debitor`s property;• Negotiating payment plans for debitors that are unabele to cover the full amount of debt;• Monitoring and compliance with legal deadlines;• Using large databases (system and Excel-based) for data manipulation;
