I’m responsible for leading the design process on multiple projects for Fortune-500 enterprise companies, including establishing internal workflows, adopting the Design Thinking process and developing an internal design system.Within the team, I provide detailed interaction and visual design using user researchers, synthesis, and prototyping. I also validate the design deliverables using moderated and unmoderated usability testing techniques. As a team, we significantly improved the NPS score of Application Performance Management and App Synthetic Monitoring apps.

I was in charge of the website and mobile apps for the biggest EU mobile operators, having over 1.5 million connected users.
