Organized more than 60 interviews ranging from one-on-one interviews to roundtable interviews.• Managed the NATO Summit Simulation Game project. Created an opportunity for six young leaders to visit NATO Head Quarter in Brussels. • Responsible for leading, creating, and managing the regional discussion cycle "Let’s talk about NATO" for universities in Latvia.
