In the position of a CFO holding company comprising offices in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Southeast Asia, I am responsible for the complete management of financial processes within the group. In cooperation with local CFOs, I manage the financial flows of companies, supervise compliance with accounting and tax regulations, prepare processes and work procedures, propose financial plans and budgets. At the holding level, I focus mainly on the coordination of financial flows between parent and subsidiary companies and compliance with corporate rules. In this complex position I use not only my long-term economic and legal experience, but also knowledge of the functioning of corporate management, especially in establishing and managing companies in new markets.

- Responsible for Accounting (based on Czech accounting law and IFRS standards), Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting; Management of F&A Department- Negotiating with auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies), authorities- Implementing new Sales Information System; Preparation of bridges between SIS and accounting system SAP- Administration offices; Facility Management; Car Policy; HR Management- Checking on the Legal Department; cooperating with other departments throughout the company - Sales (pricing), Marketing (budget of activities), IT (implementation of SIS)- Analyzing of the actual economical situation and forecasting of key economic indicators (exchange rate, price of fuel, inflation, interest rate, etc.)- Communicating and negotiating with main suppliers of services (hotels, airline company)

- Preparing the financial part of the restructuring plan for Zetor Group;- Negotiating with banks, authorities, advisors, and auditors- Set-up of branch offices in Europe (UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Poland) and in the U.S.; preparation of their budget, reporting, and controlling; negotiation with local financial institutions and authorities- Budgeting, Reporting, Cash-flow Management

- managing a team of restructuring experts- responsible for administration and recovery of debts after maturity term concerning clients with large credit engagement- evaluating of the economic situation of clients; preparation of solutions; assessment and implementation of solutions
