I joined the company as the very first Automation engineer. The company didn't have an automation framework by the time that I joined. My first task was to select a suitable automation tool to work with multiple applications at Enable. Eventually Playwright was selected as the automation test tool because of its capabilities. I have created the test automation framework for Enable with CI/CD with the help of Azure devops. Later the framework was divided in to 3 modules to ease of managing different applications. Currently I'm responsible for automating the Product Special Pricing Applications and also to test the new features manually in that project in the UAT phase. I'm working in 2 weeks sprints and the sprint is managed by JiraProject Update: The automation solution was changed to .net playwright where the framework can handle UI,DB, and API tests. Currently automating the new Special pricing project "Template to SPA"

Project UpdateAs the Community R is in production for 2 months I have started to automate this project. This automation project is done with Node.Js tools. This project will be a end to end automation solution, The automation tool is Codecept JS and , Playwright. The reporting will be done with mochawesome. CI CD pipeline is created in Azure devops using a YMAL file with a task breakdown. Also the test results will be posted to a Cisco Webex chat using the Webex incoming webhooks. With the new role I have given a new responsibility on top of the responsibilities mentioned below,With this new role I have to work with a new product called SuperOffice for outlook. Basically what this product does is handling Emails in office 365 accounts to SuperOffice CRM. The functionality is similar to Maillink and Gmail link mentioned below. But since office 365 is compatible with Both Windows, web, mobile(both iOS, android) and Mac the testing should be done in all the platforms. The product is still in a pilot stage and after the first official release to the Microsoft app store. This product is automated, I have created a end to end test suite using protractor, and this will immensely help the test team in releasesProject Update:With the pandemic SuperOffice decided to have a new application called Video meetings, to improve connectivity among the SuperOffice employees, partners. etc.. This has been addition to the existing module at SuperOffice Invitations. Here we have integrated 5 video conferencing tools to this system. Starting from Cysco Webex, MS teams, Jitsi, Google meet and Zoom. I'm the principal tester of this module.Community RThe Community project revamp is the newest project in SuperOffice. This new project will replace the old community site which was hosted onsite. With this project community will be moved to Epi cloud and will be using Episerver and MVC to develop. This is integrated with Azure and all the performance data will be analyzed though Azure. Test Automation is done with Codecept JS. SuperOffice AISuperOffice AI is a new project that handles support requests. This will automate categorizing service requests, translate them and analyze the sentiments of the request. Past data are used to train the module for categorization. SuperOffice Zerofoot printThis project will help to move all the documents in CRM to SharePoint or google. This will migrate existing documents and New documents can be created in could.

Other than Test automation Lead duties, mentioned below with this designation i got the opportunity to Lead 2 new projects called SuperOffice Webtools and Gmail link.Basically Webtools is a product that you have to install on in order to work with documents mailing that is engaging with Superoffice CRM. So the documents can be Word processing tools such as MS word, excel etc, and MS outlook called. with that we archive mails to SuperOffice CRM. There are several archive types involved in this process.
