Building great relationships, leading large projects, putting together all pieces and working towards common goal is my strongest side.Secondly I had to regularly meet with product team to discuss potential improvements for our solution, as I was closely working with our existing and potential partners.Last but not least I was involved with various project type duties, mainly focused on Latvian market, such as organising Montonio's participation in conferences and fair exhibitions.During my time at Montonio our merchant base grew from few hundred merchants to more than 5200 merchants across Baltics. The goal was to help people be more productive and effective while working behind the computer screens.During this time I had more than 1000 in person conversations with customers, partners, biggest companies in Latvia, influencers and other great people. This helped to gain real experience in running a business, managing supply chain, managing employees etc. In 2020 our net income was over 100k€. My proudest moments were to receive good customer feedback, that they are satisfied with our service and that we helped them to feel better at their workplace. On the way we also won a grant at a pitch contest, successfully placed products in 8 stores (in Latvia and Lithuania), and much more. We sold blue light blocking glasses, which is a solution for people who's daily work is behind a computer screen to limit eye-strain and other symptoms of overexposure to blue-violet light rays. We gave more than 40 lectures to companies and university students about our solution. Single biggest presentation gathered more than 60 people in the auditorium.
