Hello! My name is Carl Krause and I am a Technical Business Analyst working in the Greater Philadelphia Area. I began my career after I graduated college in 2015, with a Computing and Information Studies Major and a Business Administration minor, when I started working for a great company called Health Advocate. I became involved with Health Advocate in the summer of 2014 as a QA Summer Intern and then I was fortunate enough to land a full time position a year later. My responsibility as a Business Analyst is to develop technical solutions to business problems and challenges through defining, analyzing and documenting IT requirements. In this position, I constantly interact with both the Business Operations and IT departments to accomplish essential internal and external projects. A few of these projects have included: client reports, enhancing our call center CRM with emailing and electronic signature features, and building a web application for our Employee Assistance Program counselors to record information for Onsite Events. I am involved with both development support and systems analysis to ensure the success of these technical projects. As my career continues to grow, I always use the tools and knowledge that I have gained from my educational, professional development and work experiences. My goal is to always contribute to the success of my team and organization while continuing to expand my knowledge in the realm of IT. The impact of IT in our personal and professional lives is limitless. By working in a dynamic and ever-developing field such as Information Technology, I am persistently studying and familiarizing myself with the changing business and technical platforms and languages to ensure I stay ahead of the curve. This allows me to quickly adapt to changing conditions and demands that require innovation and creativity in order to remain competitive and to provide the best customer experiences.
