This includes portfolio analysis, organizational training, communications, and continuous improvement to service design and the service catalog. Owned and delivered reporting capabilities of the Portfolio Management Office within IT AS. Developed enterprise-leading capabilities to report on the investment portfolio, and led / facilitated design of executive level dashboards in the areas of resource, financial, and demand management.
