Led the creation of a global IT Services catalog, and catapulted the initiative into a global transformation to a service-based organization. Assembled and led a cross-functional team of senior managers and directors to enroll the organization in the initiative. Developed service design and service catalog strategy, and instigated a service-based transformation across Application Services. Developed and trained over 100 service owners on Customer-based Service Design. Deployed a Service Design Management System, which manages changes to AS services (facilitated over 200 changes in Q1/Q2 2016). Led the strategy and delivery of organizational change plan in support of a multi-region Professional Services Center Support Center, which manages intake for over $800 million worth of development and support work within J&J. Developed headcount model, job descriptions, and organization model that is being applied across Application Services organization (over 700 employees). Designed and deployed a digital IT service catalog. The design was completed and was at a degree of quality where the development team was able to start development within 5 days. Additionally, functionality was extended to provide end-to-end management of Service / Offering changes (new services, changes to services, retirement of services), and it serves as a comprehensive repository of service information. Managed 4 direct reports that led multiple initiatives / priorities within the IT Application Services Portfolio Office. This includes portfolio analysis, organizational training, communications, and continuous improvement to service design and the service catalog. Owned and delivered reporting capabilities of the Portfolio Management Office within IT AS. Developed enterprise-leading capabilities to report on the investment portfolio, and led / facilitated design of executive level dashboards in the areas of resource, financial, and demand management.
