-Planned and executed 25 meetings to date with attendees ranging from 20 – 300 across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia-Managed all aspects of the attendees journey throughout the meeting process including: registration, booking travel, ground transportation, hotel reservations, and any onsite needs-Part of the team selected to plan high profile meetings including: Global Leadership Conference, Presidents Council 2017, ADA 2016, Jaguar Land Rover – Set the Pace, and the NCD Partnership Summit.-Solely managed two meetings by combining the Project Manager and Project Executive roles, achieving skills in client communication, budgets, final accounts, and onsite execution-Trained in Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) reporting and all phases that are included in the Transfer of Value (ToV)

-Member of the team that manages all Suites, Hospitality, Vending and Display, and Special Events -Primarily focused on the 500 Club and Single Day Suites holders -Proficient in Indianapolis Motor Speedway CRM software

-Re-hired as a contractor to assist in all aspects of planning and executing successful events, including managing event staff, handling VIPs, event registration, transportation, décor and client support.
