Project Manager | Business Process Improvement
CurrentKey Responsibilities:• Process Mapping and Documentation: Create the baseline documentation for current business processes. Conduct thorough analyses of existing operations processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation regarding standard operating procedures. Put together job descriptions, position descriptions, work manuals, standardized educational and onboarding materials.• Improvement Initiatives: Provide Six Sigma support to the manager including business case development, and strategic project identification. Support the identification and evaluation of the organization's process improvement opportunities.• Process Redesign and Optimization: Design optimized future-state processes that align with the organization's goals and objectives, focusing on streamlining workflow and reducing inefficiencies. Implement improvements through the use of automation where possible. • Project Management: Help lead the cross-functional execution effort using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile, and Lean. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of process improvement projects, including process maps, data analysis, project charters, and results.• Budget optimization: Analyze current budgets to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction. Monitor budget performance, track variances, and provide actionable recommendations to maintain financial control.
