Extensive history in executing a global roles that specify, select & negotiate strategic commercial & technical packages for new equipment sales. Throughout proposal clarifications, we attend Bid Clarification meetings to explain product design, capabilities, scope of supply, & commercial capabilities. The technical & commercial negotiations convert to Purchase Orders and Agreements with our customers.Both colleagues and customers recognize me as a subject matter expert in Rotating Equipment and Valves, specifically Control Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, & Turboexpanders, and auxiliary packages. My current role allows me to deepen my BoP and package knowledge, leading the team that selects control and safety relief valves many industries, including but not limited to Nuclear, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Power industries. I have years of experience with Strategic Project Management, Customer Strategy & Relationships, NPI to Market, & Contract Negotiations. As the Global Chief of Staff & Operations Leader for the Baker Hughes Women's Network Enterprise, I connect together women of all ages, interests, and talents both inside and outside our company. This continues with my work as the Women's Energy Network 2023 Global Immediate Past President, connecting strong female talent across 25 chapters across the energy industry and fostering females into the next generation of industry leaders.
