I am an Accenture Managing Director working in the North American Insurance industry as a Strategy & Consulting practitioner. Within the Insurance Practice, I spend much of my time involved with all aspects of the P&C value chain and also tend to be involved in projects seeking to enhance client value propositions, operating strategies and distribution efficiency/effectiveness. With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and having a significant focus in the P&C insurance business, I have spent all of my career focused on value creation including 10 years as the CEO of insurance carriers. I have extensive expertise delivering financial results by providing leadership, strategic vision, creativity and team building. Adept at delivering growth and margin expansion by developing customer value propositions, establishing consistent operating procedures and defining strategic clarity.Throughout this career, my roles have included executive positions at several leading American and global firms in both the P&C and financial services sectors. In these positions, I had the unique opportunity to identify key areas of growth and led many transformational initiatives to maximize innovation, business expansion and income maximization. All while aiding these firms in adapting to evolving market forces and technologies.
