I work as a project manager for smoke and heat ventilation systems 🔥 at Colt International #colt The job of a project manager is to design 🧑‍💻, manage and coordinate the actual construction 👷‍♀️ through to full handover to the customer. I deal with the design, solution and final setup of the entire heat and combustion exhaust system. In the part of the project I deal with :✔︎ preparation of project documentation,✔︎ managing the heat and combustion design team,✔︎ specification and ordering of components (equipment),On the construction site it is necessary to provide : Logistics from production to construction, Coordination and management of the assembly lots, Preparation of construction log and documents,For complex buildings, it is not easy to deal with the design, calculation and coordination of the heat and combustion products removal project. It is for such complex objects that the creation of CFD fire simulations is used. The propagation of combustion products in space is monitored. I have been involved in CFD simulations for more than 5 years, during which time CFD simulations have been processed on :Department stores, atriums, garages, high-rise buildings (protected escape routes).Within my professional activity, which is 🔥 fire protection, I am also involved in the education of students at two technical universities, namely STU Bratislava and FBI Žilina, where I give lectures on the topic of heat and combustion products removal, fire safety of buildings and ventilation of protected escape routes.I act as Vice President of the Slovak Republic Passive Fire Protection Association #apposr where I deal with for example :- standard setting for fire safety in buildings, - development of ATN standards- cooperation with the Institute of Standardization and Metrology of the Slovak Republic, as a compiler of standards, proofreader of translations of standards and expert in fire safety,- creation of educational materials for the public.Within the ATN project I am the author of two separate standards #ATN001 and #ATN008 which deal with the design of heat and combustion products removal equipment and its installation in buildings.
