Since 2002, my career has focused upon middle-market commercial real estate transactions located in the Western USA. I have primarily recruited equity and debt capital for speculative development and repositioning projects initiated by real estate focused entrepreneurs. I’ve also recruited external equity and debt to develop and lead teams in both brokerage and the REO-to-rental space with a focus on establishing repeatable, scalable, systems and process.I have worked upon all major asset classes in most of the primary and secondary markets of the West and possess particular strength in multifamily, hotel, and large scale for-sale residential projects. I am member of the executive committee for the Real Estate Capital Alliance (RECA), a strategic affiliation of 19 independent mortgage brokerage and capital advisory shops who procure over $5B of equity and debt annually. I belong to the San Diego chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization, a global organization which enables founding entrepreneurs to learn and grow through dynamic peer-to-peer collaboration, once in a lifetime experiences, and connections to experts. I am also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
