Project Manager for a National General Contractor/ Hospitality Management Contractor working with all major hotel chains across the UNited States

● Started out summers while in high school as a carpenter helper, worked my way up to Foreman on the commercial general construction division. ● Supervise all in house employees, subcontractors, and temporary labor agencies. ● Coordinate and participate in weekly owner-contractor meetings, as well as weekly contractorsubcontractor meetings. ● Coordinate all scheduling, permits, inspections and all other aspects of the job to ensure and timely and financially successful completion. ● Coordination, estimating and processing of owner and subcontractor change orders. ● Successfully completed over 30 commercial projects including all First National Community Banks projects. This required constant communication with executive level bank officials as well as after hours work and strenuous deadlines in all areas of local and cooperate bank settings.

Infantryman:Leads, supervises, and serves as a member of an infantry unit of 10-20 persons, employing individual weapons,machine guns, and antiarmor weapons in offensive and defensive ground combat. Uses individual infantryweapons; lays field wire; performs basic communications functions and operates communication equipment;utilizes camouflage to conceal weapons and personnel; constructs minor fortifications; performs land navigation;performs preventive maintenance on weapons, equipment, and some vehicles; makes verbal reports; administersfirst aid; operates wheeled vehicles to transport personnel, supplies, and equipment.
