My main responsibility as lead to our development team is to help my teammates evaluate their work, help them improve, help them find technical solutions and in general, try to improve development standard in the team. For me, it doesn't end with hiring and introducing them to our team, but it also entails giving them feedback, help them find their strengths and weaknesses and trying to match best projects for them.Apart from that, I've been technological lead on most of our projects, such as those for financial institution, travel portal, investment, real estate and more. This entails defining technology specification, helping to coordinate multiple teams from various platform within the same project and take responsibility for final technical product solution. I've also provided my expertise for security of individual platforms as well as of entire solution, which was especially important in our financial products.I've also been developing projects, to keep up in development loop, got more experience in frontend development as well as tried newest design patterns in Android.

I've developed multiple mobile applications on both platforms, as well as created and maintained server backend applications and frontend web applications. We've always built projects on new, but matured technologies so our product are easily maintained and stable. I provided technology oversight on multiple projects, we've build applications for big corporations as well as start-ups. I've helped to create products out of ideas and apps out of said products.

Primarily I was tasked with developing various mobile applications varying from projects to 3rd party clients to company's own products. I primarily worked on Android platform, where we were quick to adopt new technologies, such as Kotlin, GraphQL and others. I also helped on few iOS projects, written in Swift and coded and managed React Native application.One of my biggest responsibilities was creating big data synchronisation software, that I wrote in my favorite language Go.

My responsibility was to create robust and reliable email marketing system. For that we used tool, that I wrote in language Go. I also managed extensive subscriber database, created tools that helped manage it, create reports and overall support to database users as well as manage all servers that system was running on. I also created few web applications both on frontend and backend.
