I was attached to Operational Excellence team in Operations department in my second rotation. This teams works basically as the Governing body of all the other teams in Ops as well as focuses on optimizing the overall operational cost.During my rotation in the Operational Excellence team, I played a pivotal role in driving efficiency and cost optimization across various operational functions. Here's a summary of contribution during this period:1. Conducted routine audits to ISD and OSD facilities to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify areas for improvement.2. Took 4 initiatives to reduce the operational cost by USD 300K/Year.3. Modified the Labor Requisition Portal to get more accurate data on labor usage and allocation; created a dashboard in G-sheet to monitor and govern the teams regarding labor usage.4. Installed Seller-Self-Scan Devices in our 19 ISD Drop-off stations to enhance the seller experience.5. Modified layouts of 2 Last Mile hubs in order to increase the operational efficiency and reduce delivery lead time.

In my first rotation as a DFLP Trainee in the Commercial Department, I had the chance to work with two teams: Seller Engagement and FMCG.In Seller Engagement Team, I Was directly involved in executing a Seller Branding Campaign which was a collaboration between Daraz University and VISA inc. and here we educated 1000+ sellers with the Business Basics and 200+ sellers were provided on-ground training.Along with performing the other day-to-day activities in FMCG, I also Created 3 dashboards in Google Sheet that reflected the Day-on-Day performances of the FMCG team which helped the team to take new strategies or initiatives.

We, service team, worked as a bridge between our corporate clients and the operations team. And as a part of this team, my main responsibility was to provide any sort of banking service to the clients in order to ensure a pleasant and smooth banking experience for them.

I was assigned at the Customer Service section under the General Banking division. My main responsibilities were providing solutions to different customer service related problems, opening current/savings accounts or term deposit accounts, Issuing cheque-books/debit cards, doing KYCs, making cheque-clearings requests and organizing all the information of the daily activities.
