My challenges have been in shipping and receiving, assembly supervision, product development, inventory control, purchasing, sales and customer service.• SALES MANAGER – Developed new client base in established sales territories and fostered relationships with existing “Preferred Partners” domestic and established relations with clients in Central America and Africa. Directed all system sales and part sales.• MANUFACTURING – Developed standards in fabrication, system assembly techniques, shipping and receiving procedure. I have developed packing and marking standards for shipping department to reduce system shipping damaged and product identification resulting in less than 1% damage claim.• PRODUCTION PLANNING – Implemented Fishbowl Inventory Control System and developed all bills of materials for manufacturing and planning all production activities for systems for production and service parts sales. Working with team members I have setting up production lines to increase productivity and production flow.• BUYER – Established relationships with new vendors and sourced for new and existing parts for production and replacement parts. I have worked with outside fabrication companies on new and existing propriety designs to meet manufacturing standards.
