These questions identify opportunities and process improvements that lead to organizational change, achieving bottom line margin expansion with top line improvement.Throughout my career, I have excelled at helping create strategies and compensation programs that reward high performers for their success and growth. By focusing on correct strategies and holding team members accountable to high standards, my teams have entered new markets and aligned with new business partners that led to exceeding sales and profits expectations. I have found by connecting all functional teams and stake holders together, sustainable excellence over a much longer period of time is achieved.My business leadership differentiators are my expertise in transforming cultures and optimizing channels, such as Independent representative organizations, distribution models, direct sales models, large national accounts, and business partnership models in multiple markets. Leveraging my business experiences, along with other board leadership positions, has taught me that different markets and customers are better served in different ways. Leading teams and developing others is my passion. I first experienced this when I became a manager at a McDonald’s during my freshman year of college. Then I was drawn to various non-profit leadership roles, served as a head coach in college sports, and built my career as a sales leader of regional and national teams. Through it all, I have excelled at high levels in many different roles and conditions. One of my greatest joys is coaching direct reports in applying solid business tactics and strategies that lead to significant business success as well as promotions of those leaders to higher levels.By focusing on doing the right things for both internal and external stakeholders and by selling the long-term benefits of products and services, my impact has left a lasting impression on both the people and the company.
