Key responsibilities include:Fund Development:Develop fund infrastructure, terms, and operational needs (start-ups, feeders & takeovers).Assist legal team with fund Operating Agreements.Coordinate State & SEC Issuer registration, SS-4 Application, bank and custodian enrollments. Manage outsourced service provider fee and contract negotiations, and oversee contract execution (fund accountant, auditor, bank, custodian, legal).Operations:Oversee, and otherwise manage, the duties outlined in the negotiated service provider contracts and account relationships. Manage Advisor Relations Team, providing daily operational oversight, transactional support, back-office support services for advisory firm clients, and investor servicing. Coordinate communication and data feeds (reporting) with service providers and underlying fund investments. Distribute offering documents to new subscribers and manage new investor processing.Manage fund Investor Registry. Manage all fund transactions: fund investments, investor subscriptions, redemptions & transfers, capital calls & distributions.
