Managing large scale projects on a day to day basis with multidisciplinary project teams. Outlining and preparing construction documents from the schematic design phase to project completion. Meeting with clients / owners to ensure that their expectations are met throughout the design and construction process. Overseeing construction through shop drawings and field observation. Researching and managing software. Making recommendations about new software purchases and working to develop firm-wide standards and best practices. Working with Revit users to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as finding the best ways to advance our BIM skills individually and as a firm. Working closely with designers and project managers to identify project specific workflows. Developing family content, project templates and, providing Revit support as needed.
