I handle marketing and advertising for 17 apartment communities. I maintain property websites, brochures, flyers, floor plans, vehicle graphics, corporate yearly calendar, ads, and social media.Lease Renewals, weekly vacancy/apps taken report, deposit rent checks, administration.

My primary duties involve design, illustration, traffic management, and media buying for various clients, as well as inside account services for a variety of industries including Senior Care, Apartment Management, Mining, Entertainment, Medical, and Consumer:Design – instrumental in creating corporate identities, brochures, newsletters, and web design as well as art directing photography. Illustration – skills include intricate photographic manipulation and technical rendering.Production – responsible for preparation, release and approvals of digital files for print, signage and web Media placement – ad placement for various accounts including project time-management.
