In this job I was part of the team that was building the WCF/WF management extensions for IIS.- Collected customer input, translated it to functional requirements and validated proposals with customers and marketing resulting in greater customer satisfaction- Delivered 50 PowerShell cmdlets; and made the product’s 90 cmdlets cohesive - Worked with dev team on feature designs and code reviews, and with test on test plan design resulting in increased cohesion between the disciplines- Drove the team through implementing Security Development Lifecycle processes- Established and maintained great working relationship with partner teamsImproved the team’s health in 3 areas (collaboration, goal setting, quality) over the course of 3 fiscal years

I was part of the team that built the first version of WCF. During that time my responsibilities included:- Lead team of 5- Lead lab automation work for team of 300- Specify test designs
