Advises and assists in culturally competent and relevant programming throughout 6 campuses, focusing on underrepresented minority students (URMs). Assists in student-facing initiatives, including recruitment of potential URMs seeking undergraduate degrees. Director of Black Male Initiative, acting as success coach for over 690 Black male students, monitoring academic progress and implementing a holistic coaching approach to ensure academic and nonacademic achievements.
