It took me years to find my real passion at work. I tried different industries and roles. It didn't help. Then I wrote this down, in pursuit of discovering my true passion: "I am obsessed with making complex subjects accessible and interesting" "I need creativity, I hate repetitive tasks.""I love solving seemingly impossible problems." "I love teaching people and seeing that "now I get it" moment in their eyes (even better if it is a subject they were sceptical of beforehand)"I then realised that I put full stops at the ends of only some of the sentences above and my OCD kicked in, but that is another story.I also found out from experience that I am at my best when I hear "I want to solve this problem in my organisation, but I can't find a training program or elearing that would do it". Of course you can't. They are all pre-made, not tailored to you or even your industry, and rarely is just training people enough to make a real change. My company and I can deliver the full solution. Classroom and online education, consulting and all the tools and support you need to solve your problem. We work on your problem as if it was our own company. We do not give up and we deliver concrete, usable outputs and actionable knowledge.It is difficult, it takes a lot of effort and huge amounts of creativity, but it is so satisfying when it succeeds. We were fortunate enough to succeed a lot, and this is why I now love what I do.
