Reporting to Brand General Manager with dotted line report to Regional Education Manager to deliver global education strategy and programs for Indonesian market as well as developing local education strategy. Main responsibilities include:• Delivering BA education core curriculum not limited to product knowledge and customer service but also operation and commercial training programs• Managing and developing talent/BA capabilities to drive BA and essentially store productivity • Working closely with Consumer Engagement team to develop offline and online social media content strategy.• Working closely with the Marketing team to support retail marketing program and activation both offline and online.

Reporting to Country Manager and Board of Director to deliver local market strategy and drive business growth across IDP Indonesia. Managing day to day operations in all branches (offices). Main responsibilities include:• Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. • Analyzing sales figures, interpreting trends and forecasting sales as well as facilitating future plan.• Together with Retail Executive Officer and Supply Chain to manage stock level and making key decisions about stock control.• Liaising and advising Brand General Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship. • As an end user to deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential candidate, conducting appraisals as well as providing and organizing training and development for BA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist the Retail Sales Manager and Retail Operation Manager in all aspects of management and retail store-operations.2. Assist the Training Department and supervise of 13 Store Managers and 75 Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service and maximize productivity.3. Analyze and interpret trends from recorded sales figures to facilitate strategies and future marketing plan
