I was working as a trainee as part of the IT team at Framery. My tasks were related mostly to item data management and item data changes in the ERP system NetSuite. In addition, I had other tasks related to the ERP system like, renewing the permission roles and editing our product configurator. As part of my working time I was also writing my master's thesis on the subject: "Developing a product master data management process".

I was working during the summer full-time and after the summer part-time in a big software project in the version delivery team. My main tasks were supporting the team at our Indian delivery center (IDC), being a link between our delivery and our clients and working together with the clients regularly when doing joint testing, ordering test material and also working as part of the UAT team. While doing this I was working together with the specification team and created business cases based on the changes in order to help our IDC team understand the client wants and needs. I worked the summer as a Business & Technology Delivery Associate at Accenture. I was working in a big software project in the user acceptance test (UAT) team. My main tasks were analyzing and solving findings raised by the clients during UAT.

I was working part-time (summers full-time) as a cashier at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa, Prisma Kaleva. I have learned a lot from customer service and my ability to handle stressful situations especially during rush-hours has grown a lot. Also my time-managing skills have developed while balancing between school-work and work.
