As the CEO, my primary goal was to create a recruitment agency from scratch that would be capable of meeting both internal needs, such as the staffing plan of Crysberry, and the needs of external clients.We aimed to establish a boutique agency renowned for its high level of service and transparency, serving both clients and candidates.In the first 2 years, we grew to a team of 20 with 35 IT company clients throughout Ukraine.Subsequently, we decided to rebrand, spin off the agency into an independent company, expand our product lines, and widen our client geography. This led to the creation of Clicca, with a mission to create a "click" between specialists and businesses.By the end of 2023, we had a team of 35 members, 52 clients in recruitment, and 13 outstaffing teams for startups and game companies from Europe and the US, achieving a turnover rate of just 3% over two years thanks to our HR services.We succeeded in creating a service business founded on deep partnerships with our clients and candidates, prioritizing utmost transparency in our activities, flexibility in processes tailored to the goals of our partner companies, and seamlessly integrating into their business.
