Main achievements: Create strategies and plans to execute them focused on our consumers/buyers to increase sales and profits in our clients and categories.Activities:• Responsible to develop trade strategy and tactics in MT/ TT based on an understating of the Shopper to maximize our products' performance at the point of sale to achieve the objectives in volume and gain market share.• Assist the overall marketing plans execution, promotion, the proper budget’s distribution, the analysis, and control of data and reports according to channel's needs.

Main achievements: Development of budget control with the Promotional Activity Plan.Activities:• Review of P&L, control of A&P, distribution channels, brand building strategies and marketing budget.• Management of categories and assortments.• Strategy development for the wholesale channel, self-service and regional chains.• Plan special events for the promotion of the company.• Merchandising development. Planning by Chain and Region.

Main achievements:• Development and implementation of budget control. It was possible to increase the average movement per focus product store, from 3 to 14 pp. Action plans to increase profitability per label in each sale execution.
