As a managing director of Pride Technologies, Michael Krieger provides clients with unrivaled expertise in business process refinement and performance consulting. As an expert facilitator and service consultant, Mr. Krieger has partnered with many companies to advance their approaches to Project Management, Networking, Help Desk, Procurement, and End User service delivery models.Mr. Krieger entered the IT industry in 1988 as a service sales consultant with Pomeroy Resources, Inc. In 1994, he joined SARCOM, Inc. as a district sales specialist to assist in the growth of service sales and account acquisition. In 1995, Mr. Krieger was promoted to Sales Manager for the organization and, in 1997, was promoted to District Manager. In 2003, he was appointed Regional Vice President for the southern region of SARCOM, Inc.Prior to beginning his professional sales consulting career, Mr. Krieger attended the University of Cincinnati. Today, he is a trained facilitator for process workshops. He has developed his skills as a sales professional in Miller Heiman’s Strategic and Conceptual methodologies and maintains several sales certifications with leading manufacturers in the IT industry.
