Sr. Order Management Specialist
• Manage the Demand Creation and Order Administration processes to ensure customer demand (forecasts and sales orders) is identified, loaded within ERP system and tracked to meet customer requirements. • Review and confirm incoming customer PO requests and process approved PO requests as required. • Coordinate daily shipments with product Planning and Shipping Departments.• Communicate product availability & order status with customers. Manage customer backlog.• Provide/update customer's backlog reports via weekly communications.• Drive customer expedite requests with Planning & Production teams to customer's satisfaction. • Assist customers with product issues on RMA requests.• Interface with Finance Department to review & assist with payments. Work with Sales and Customers to help secure payment on delinquent accounts.• Provide positive interaction with customers in support of their accounts in order to build and maintain business relationships.• Utilize multiple reports to maximize product availability lead times and shipment status.
