To keep up with the dynamically changing market, organizations must continually evolve. Change must always be welcome… in processes, technologies, and most importantly, in people. After all, human capital is the greatest asset of any organization. Transformation strategies must have 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 at their core to achieve a positive impact. Understanding the dynamics of learning and adoption to change is crucial to any organization.Throughout my career, I have designed customized learning and development programs that improve the performance of even the most difficult learners. I’ve also driven organizations forward through digitalization, optimized operations, and clear communication.Some professional highlights I can cite are as follows: ✅ I created a specialized curriculum that 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐝 90% 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬.✅ I led the 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the Armenian Youth Federation (AYF), streamlined internal communications, and organized information.
