As a Supervisory Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank, I manage a team of examiners in terms of daily performance and career development. I serve as a leader/coach for assigned staff members by providing timely feedback and advice. I review examination reports, oversee consumer compliance and CRA examinations for a portfolio of state member banks, and provide feedback to examiners. I participate in outreach efforts and have been a regular contributor to the Consumer Compliance Outlook publication.

I was promoted to Senior Examiner. During this time I served as the unit's Review Examiner and was responsible for reviewing work papers, summary memoranda, and examination reports and CRA performance evaluations prior to mailing; ensuring a high quality work product supported by thorough documentation; and providing feedback and advice to peer examiners.

Greater St. Louis Area

I started as an Assistant Examiner and progressed through the Examiner Commissioning Program, earning my commission in October 2016. As an examiner, I led and participated in consumer compliance and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) examinations throughout the Eighth District of the Federal Reserve Bank. Duties included assessing compliance with fair lending laws and regulations, examining banks for compliance in deposit or loan operations areas, reviewing bank's performance under CRA, documenting examination findings through work papers and summary memoranda, contributing to the creation of the report of examination or public evaluation to be issued to the bank, and participating on and leading Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and CRA data verification examinations.
