Manage IT Department:- Network management (LAN, WAN, VPN)- Video surveillance systems- Windows server management- Troubleshooting different network issues or hardware issues with user's computers.

Managing the hosting brand launched in March 2010, called BrainHost. Managing the Social Media presence of the brand and design company websites and for other company clients.Other things i did while managing the Hosting Brand (www.brainhost.ro/.eu)- Offer technical support to clients (all levels of support, from how to create an email account, install a CMS, adding dedicated ip to account, editing dns zone to installing ssl certificates etc.)- Sales representative (since i knew most of the things about the brand and services we offered, i was capable of giving the best and complete answers to any pre-sales questions)- Managing client application interface (WHMCS) and configuration.- Designing the past and current website versions of the Brand.- Working closely with the system administrators to provide best services.Apart from my main responsabilities, i was also a Technical Support on various projects where i gained experience in:-Networking Technologies: Structural Cabling,Network Printers, Electrical wiring, Fiber Optic Infrastructures, POE Power Over Ethernet, Telnet Administration, Long Range Wireless Access Points, Switches, Routers, Hubs- Cisco CCNA & Security courses where i learned more about routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF), switching (STP, VTP, VLAN), subnets, VPN, cisco firewall, ACL and more.-Video Surveillance with IP Tehnology and Analog Technology-LAN hardware/software administration, design, installation and configuration-Help Desk / end-user LAN/Hardware/Software support

I worked as a team leader for the orders generating team. My mainresponsibilities were to supervise my team members in generating thestores orders in time to be delivered. Communicate with departmentmanager regarding orders placed too late in the system (SAP),offering support to team members on orders that weren’t standard.Communicate with store managers about their orders when theyadded them too late in the system to be delivered.
