As an intern at KPIT during campus recruitment, I played a vital role in bridging the gap between the company and potential candidates. My responsibilities included coordinating with colleges and universities to schedule recruitment events, conducting presentations to promote KPIT as an employer of choice, evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings of candidates, and assisting in organizing assessment centers or interviews. Additionally, I have collaborated with HR and hiring managers to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, provided feedback to candidates, and helped with onboarding processes for successful hires. Overall, my internship involved actively participating in all stages of the campus recruitment process to attract top talent to KPIT.
