Worked on preparing a Quality Plan as per the specifications and customer requirement.Carried out inspection (AT from Customer) and quality auditing of finished cable products of the site.Involved in identifying the fault and analysis of the faulty cable and recommended additional tests to trace the same in the lot from which faulty cable is pointed out.Project handled - Power Cable (Quality Control and Standardisation - Power cable, Ducab, Dubai UAE)

Monitored and analysed the call drops, blocked calls, handover failures, excessive handovers, poor quality, co-channel/adjacent channel interference and provided recommendations for same.Shouldered the responsibility of KPI monitoring and neighbour optimization to improve the same.Steered efforts for optimizing Sites in Express Highway (Mumbai & Pune ) where Terrain were mountain to minimize the drop rates and giving seamless coverage though the tunnels in the highway.
