Kris Andersen is a Senior Consultant with ALL Consulting LLC with over 30 years of experience in project management, safety, and environmental work. He has a BS degree in Geological Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. For oil & gas clients in 12 states and internationally, Mr. Andersen prepared best practices programs, conducted hundreds of audits at oil & gas and SWD facilities for due diligence, and environmental and safety compliance. He conducted well and facility baseline work, landowner complaint investigations, and planned and managed construction projects for fresh and produced water networks for storage, distribution, recycling, and saltwater disposal. Mr. Andersen prepared expert reports for oil & gas and engineering litigation involving issues such as induced seismicity, development and surface rights, and contract disputes. Mr. Andersen served as Project Manager for ALL to build the largest oil & gas freshwater supply network in Oklahoma. The network included the only permanent river take installation in the state, over 3 million barrels of water storage, and nearly 40 miles of water pipeline with a major river crossing and dozens of road and stream crossings. In addition to contracting, procurement and client communications, Mr. Andersen was responsible for: factory acceptance testing for 20 pump control units, design and installation of pumps, controls and instrumentation, and dozens of manifolds. Mr. Andersen also served as Construction Manager for ALL to build the first-of-its-kind produced water recycling impoundment facility in Texas, since used as a model by other companies in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Andersen was also the Spill Coordinator for several operators, including the second largest operator in the Utica Shale play and has coordinated responses to hundreds of spills on and off oil & gas well pads, including the largest spill response in recent Ohio history with costs of over $3 million.
