Kris Ang is a Poet, Author, Artist, Coach, Trainer and Consultant of Authentic Relationships at Glides Consulting Partners Pte Ltd. They possess expertise in poetry, poetry readings, author, leadership development coaching, leadership development and 37 more skills. Colleagues describe them as "Kris Ang is a graduate of So You Want to be an Author workshop. I will always remember Kris because she is only the second author to date who have chosen to express her message to her readers in the form of poetry. This is despite the fact that my workshop is meant for writing and publishing of non-fiction books. Although the 6P Framework to Publishing is the same for all participants, the safe space created has given participants the freedom to be creative in their own unique ways. During the workshop, I observed Kris to be a person who is determined to achieve her goal once she sets her mind on it. Her strength lies in her open-mindedness to absorbing new content and taking action to apply what she learnt. She was diligent in completing all the assignments and homework during the class and encouraging others along with her. After finding the clarity and structure that she needs in the workshop, Kris catapulted into the ranks of published authors and in fact, she was the first in her batch to do so. The process of partnering with Kris to publish her first book was a joyful one because she is always humble and receptive to feedback. Kris has an amazing network of stakeholders that she managed to enrol into her book project too. After her book is published, Kris works hard on creating more visibility for her book and was open to all the opportunities we have given her. Although she is new to social media, she embraced it with an open-heart as she understood it as a tool to help her spread her message of 'Step In, Step Up, Step Out' further and wider. Kris has many positive traits but I would like to highlight 3Cs that left the most impression for me: Curiosity, Creative, Collaborative. Thanks for being part of my journey too. "
