- Oversee the design, development and construction of multiple health centers in the greater Las Vegas market. Health Center service lines include: adult & pediatric primary care, 24/7 urgent care, laboratory testing, radiology testing, dental services, vision services, and onsite pharmacy.- Manage project costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.- Streamline service delivery and daily operation models to ensure patient safety, patient satisfaction and productivity.

- Responsible for the management and delivery of the MU Program and the successful planning and execution of all projects related to MU attestation- Serves as Chairman of MU committee and an additional MU subcommittee consisting of nearly twenty team members from various hospital departments- Responsible for selecting, documenting and reporting quality measures as mandated by the federal government
