Main responsibilities were to provide support services for accounting, human resources and benefits. Duties included but were not limited to the timely processing and validation of all accounting transactions, assist with monthly and year-end closing processes, maintain fixed asset system and physical inventory, process & resolve accounting requests for.

Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable, which included; verifying payment authorization, resolving discrepancies with vendors, assigning account numbers, accurate & timely input, and weekly check runs in US and Canadian currency. Also in charge of preparing sales tax reports, analyzing expense accounts along with providing monthly and year-end.

Responsible for processing all stock orders, which included; setting pricing schedules with vendors, accurate and timely input, securing on time deliveries and resolving purchase order and/or invoicing discrepancies. Additional duties included providing the Controller with information for planning and budgeting.
