Ninemsn had 300 employees located across Australia and New Zealand. Provide HR Business Partner support to the Sales, HWWW and NZ ninemsn teams. Included providing HR Generalist Support to the Leadership Team for all aspects of HR operations (including recruitment, remuneration/performance management, leadership/mentoring development and HR change management/restructuring). Most significant project including restructuring and implementing change management for the NZ business (including managing redundancy in line with the NZ legislative framework and nil operational risk to the organisation). Design, lead and implement the annual performance and remuneration reveiw process for the total ANZ business.
