Safety professional with 20 years of experience in a wide variety of environments including, but not limited to: manufacturing, healthcare, construction, hospitality, restaurants, social services, public transportation, trucking, recycling, retail, industrial cleanup, and spill response. Most of my time has been spent on the loss control consulting side of the insurance industry (carrier, broker, and wholesaler) but I have worked as a consultant outside of the insurance industry and as a safety manager/director in the private sector. My main focus is to prevent people from getting injured. I believe if you put that first, then a reduction in losses and improved regulatory compliance will follow with mindful attention to them.
