I am a Shared Services professional and transformational leader with over twenty years experience in shared services, internal audit, reporting and systems implementations in both private and publicly held global companies. I have the proven ability to successfully execute in complex organizations and a history of driving change through process improvements, automation, transforming activities and cost reduction. A visionary executive that can build and manage high performing teams, manage change, develop trusted relationships, and deliver solid business results. I have served as a global business leader in the world of shared services/outsourcing and finance for several large companies in various industries to include technology, energy and service based. Throughout my career I have led companies through various stages of a shared services/outsourcing journey including organizational design/build, strategy development, delivery center set up, transition management, stabilization and continuous improvement. I am fortunate to have always worked in a fast paced, high energy and entrepreneurial environment that is highly acquisitive and continuously focused on operational excellence.I have experience with Oracle, SAP, MAS 500, PeopleSoft as major ERP systems in addition to smaller legacy systems. My approach is to eliminate as much manual processing via automation and delivering quality results with less touch points. As I have worked my way through the various levels of an organization on my journey I’m detail focused but can also see the big picture. As well, I’m comfortable dealing with all levels of an organization. My keep it simple approach has brought me many awards and recognitions through my career but the most rewarding thing for me is to be able to career track my staff and allow them to succeed.
