I am in charge of the quality of service, Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks. I am Manager in charge on weekends and Holidays when store Manager and Assistant Manager are not in the store. I have done computer training for 5 stores other than my home store. I do hiring, employee counseling, reviews as well training. I do scheduling for the front end of the store as well as filling positions for other departments.I do cash balancing of tills and the store, received on accounts and payments to vendors
