About Kris Christensen

10 Years ago I start working with an online toy company that had a huge chargeback problem. A year later my boses had some other ventures that he wanted my help on. That all has created Solis Solution, a S Corp that we created to help other ventures. Three years ago I went to Twinlab, they were 2-3 years behind with deductions. We got them cleaned up and was ask to handle all of AR. I had planned on moving to Florida with them. But due to their financial situation many HUGE changes that they had made lately, like laying off 55+ people is several location. Its time to move on. I love cleaning up messes or help organize departments. Would love a new challenge!!

I went home and started this up. My daughter is now running this business. We have from 8-12 employees during the year. Its been amazing to put it all together and see it work. I don't work there on a daily business.

    When I found this company, they were down about 3000 chargebacks. Losing merchant account left and right. We organized, I ask for customer service to catch up on calls. All emails to be answered immediately. We started through the answering all chargebacks. After we got this all caught up, we started though problems that was starting the chargebacks. Fixing customer service, things that were said to customers. Website problems, causing issues. With what we did, we saved the coaching program that was in trouble.
