I worked within the SAP computer program. I worked with the accounts receivable, payroll, and scheduling module of SAP. My other duties entailed record retention, I worked with the corporate legal department on the longevities of different record storage. I also was lead fuel and mileage specialist. I would keep track of fuel and mileage for over a thousand pieces of equipment. I worked with the corporate tax department to ensure proper reporting and tax rebates.

My primary job was accounts payable. I would reconcile the daily check register from the corporate office. I would issue POs to vendors for purchasing. I ordered the hardline for the retail store. I was the backup to the Accounts Receivable and Payroll clerk.
