About Kris Echols Ts/Sci

I am an inflight refueling instructor/evaluator in the United States Air Force, currently working as a Flight Chief at the 91st Air Refueling Squadron in Tampa Florida. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in managing programs that are essential to operations across the Air Force. As a unit deployment manager, I managed members requirements for world wide mobility including training, medical, weapons, and security clearance requirements. As an instructor, I committed myself to educating others on the art of aerial refueling and improving my interpersonal skills as well as my own capabilities. I have deployed in support of various operations and exercises. The most recent deployment as an Air Refueling Control Team member, where I planned and executed air refueling assets to support mission in the U.S Central Command, including the largest humanitarian airlift mission, Operation Allies Refuge. One of the most important things I can say that I learned will in was how to be an effective leader. Next to flying, managing programs and leading/mentor people are the forefront of my career. I am a forward thinking individual that looks for improvements to maximize the full effect of a mission. I am a creator on my free time using my 3d printer to bring ideas to reality. I believe technology is an important tool and ally, but needs to be practical and benefit the users.
