Leadership and Team Management:● Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of KPIs● Work collaboratively with the commercial and operations team to maintain positive relationships with partners.● Drive, structure, analyze, and channel daily work and information.● Set goals, delegate tasks, and supervise the team's performance.● Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the Partner operations teamPartner Operations:● Support Account Managers and Commercial Leaders in client implementation and daily operational activities.● Communicate effectively with cross - functional teams, including Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Operations Departments.Innovation and Process Improvement:● Bring innovation and assist in implementing successful processes and automation opportunities.● Prepare supporting analysis for partner invoicing.● Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with the internal account management team. ● Develop an overall project plan with the goal of creating a best-in-class customer experience for partners.Glovo Partner Operations:● Be the owner of Partner Operations metrics, seeking continuous improvement in partner operations.● Cooperate with the customer service department to enhance partner satisfaction.● Ensure quality onboarding for new partners, providing necessary tools and information.● Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.● Raise product requests to improve partner UX and scalability, providing proactive feedback to HQ.

● Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country operations team, aligned with the already set processes● Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help improve the preparation time and decrease bad rating in all the cities in the country● Cooperate with the live ops department to monitor all-important KPIs - GSAT/PSAT/CSATS● Bring important insights from the local operations (partners, customers and glovers) and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient● Review Salesforce changes and approvals● Coordinate with the external provider on the topic of the content activation and manage the important metrics for the activation of new partners.● Review and Check content changes before going to production● Targeted communication with our partners.
