Subject matter expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of project management, manufacturing and maintenance, Environmental/Health & Safety (EHS), Lean/ Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), asset management and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Drives continuous (processes/ methods/ systems) improvement (CI) and best practices. Directs specialist cross-functional technical and operational teams toward best in class engineering.
