I am responsible for overseeing driven piling contracts for house builders from tender acceptance through to satisfactory completion on site.The role includes:- Liaising with client designers, production team and site personnel- ensuring design brief is fulfilled- Preparation of, and adherence to, Health and Safety parameters- scheduling labour and resource to satisfy programme- ensuring client satisfaction and timely settlement of account

To control the £12m turnover of all HF Projects from inception through design to completed installation on site. Liaising with Clients' commercial and construction personnel to ensure timely delivery of bespoke product to agreed schedule.Implemented improved site accuracy and the use of robotic establishment techniques, from the CAD drawing to site coordinates with minimal input to minimise error.Memeber of RBL National HF Advisory Committee, a think-tank to progress the RBL systems and deliver to a wider spectrum.
